GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ has advised The Nutriment Company (TNC) on the acquisition of the renowned pet food supplier PETMAN. The takeover of PETMAN is already the third acquisition this year for the Swedish company.

PETMAN is a brand of Hundt Tiefkühlprodukte und Dienstleistungen GmbH & Co. KG and a pioneer in the German BARF industry based in Wuppertal. Known for its innovative approach to 100% natural pet food, the supplier offers a wide range of high-quality products for dogs, cats, fish and reptiles.

With the acquisition of PETMAN, TNC aims to enhance its own capabilities in this segment and further expand its reach in the German market.
