Dr Felix Bangel

Felix Bangel is an Associate at GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ and works in the CORPORATE/M&A practice. He advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, with a focus on private equity and family offices. He assists them in all phases of the transaction process, from due diligence and contract negotiations to the implementation and integration of new structures.

Felix Bangel studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg with a focus on corporate law and capital markets law. In 2020, he received a doctorate degree in law (Dr. jur.) from the Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg with a thesis on equality in injustice. The doctorate was funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung).

During his legal clerkship, Felix Bangel worked in the corporate team of a leading international law firm in Düsseldorf. In 2019, he also worked as part of a secondment at a major British law firm in London.

Besides his native language German, he is fluent in English. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as doing weight training.
